3. Payments
All prices are listed in USD
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin work
Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
All payments are non-refundable
If a project is canceled, work completed up to that point will be billed

5. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership:
Once full payment is received, you own your final website design.
Company Rights:
Haus of Sites retains the right to:
Showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing
Use design elements unless otherwise agreed

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide content, images, and materials on time
Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or licensed
Communicate feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

7. Revisions
Revision rounds will be outlined in your package
Additional revisions may incur extra fees

8. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates and depend on:
Client responsiveness
Scope changes
External factors

9. Limitation of Liability
Haus of Sites is not liable for:
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Third-party platform issues (hosting, plugins, domains)

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payments are not made
Communication breaks down
